Welcome to Laughing Matter Training!
Laughing Matter is a not-for-profit organization that delivers volunteer improv comedy performances to places of care. We perform for hospitals, senior centers, homeless shelters, and other therapeutic sites!
This Meetup serves as the training circle for prospective and current members of Laughing Matter Ensembles, and is open to persons with intermediate to advanced improv/drama experience.
Besides giving back to the community, why should you join?
(1) To develop translatable communication and creative thinking skills
(2) To obtain experience performing in front of public audiences
(3) To experience and share the therapeutic benefits of laughter
